Ken received a BA from LaGrange College with a double major in Psychology and Social Work. He received his Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia. He has earned three licenses to practice in Georgia: Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. He is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.

Mary Anne is licensed in the state of Georgia as a Professional Counselor and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been in private practice at North Pines Center for 25+ years.
In addition to her clinical work, Mary Anne was an adjunct psychology professor at Georgia Perimeter College for 25 years. Additionally, she also served as a Mental Health Consultant for Head Start Program at McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council and as a Psycho-Educational Consultant for the Detroit public school system.
Mary Anne received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marygrove College and her Masters in Counselor Education from the University of Dayton.
Mary Anne is presently a mental health provider for numerous major Health Insurance panels such as Blue Cross, blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, Value Options, along with EAP (Employee Assistance Program) counseling for such networks as Ceridian, UBH, Value Options, Cigna, EAP Consults, NEAS, Corp Care, ComPsych, Pacificare, The Wellness Corporation, etc.
She is a 20+ year member of AAMFT, GAMFT and LPC of Georgia.
In her free time she loves traveling, reading and enjoying time with her husband of 40+ years, adult children, grandchildren and extended family and friends.
Thommi Odom, CGC, PHR, PMP

Currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Mercer University, Thommi Odom provides individual and couple counseling under the supervision of Ken Scroggs where she specializes in stress management, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.
In addition to interning at North Pines Center, Thommi is completing a dual internship at Wesley Woods Center (Emory Hospital) Transitions Senior Program where she conducts group counseling for older adults who need an intensive level of care but not hospitalization.
Thommi has presented at the Georgia Society of Adlerian Psychology annual conference (2011) on the topic "Resolving the Dilemmas in Ethical Counseling" and at the Cross Cultural Issues in Counseling Southeastern Conference (2011) on the topic "Inclusion Techniques for Group Therapy.
In addition to counseling, Thommi is a Career Coach providing her clients with a unique individualized approach to accessing what is stunting their growth professionally and designing a GROWTH action plan to revitalization.
Thommi brings over 16 years experience as a senior level manager in Corporate America. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mercer University and her Masters in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. She is expected to graduate with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health in May 2012. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Human Resources Professional and Group Coach.
